The Philadelphia Eagles week 14 game of the 2017 NFL season is now in the books as the Birds beat the Los Angeles Rams on their turf by a score of 43-35. While the Eagles clinched the NFC East out in L.A., the future of this Eagles season is uncertain after Carson Wentz left the game in the second half with a knee injury. It’s a bizarre state to be in the driver’s seat in the NFC and feel somber about the future of this Eagles team. It was not a stellar day for the Eagles defense as we saw a plethora of missed tackles and opportunities. However, 316 total yards of passing by Wentz and Nick Foles, along with a nice day of rushing for Jay Ajayi kept this Eagles team in the game. This was, by far, our most difficult post-game podcast show to record in the over 4 years we’ve been providing our after game takes. As always, we gave our analysis and takeaways from the game. We also got into the team stats, box score and graded the positions and coaches.
